The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform Project 655-07-102 Upgrade Elevators at the Aleda E Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan. Successful contractor shall provide complete furnishing of all engineering services, project supervision, site supervision and mechanics labor, materials and elevator components, equipment and tools for replacement, renovation, and upgrades for existing elevators [Passenger Elevator P-1, Passenger Elevator P-2 (one group)] and [Service Elevator S-1 (single elevator)] in Building No. 1 to include all work as required by drawings and specifications. Work involves multiple phases with a completion time of 390 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238290 ($13 million). This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns.
