The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, has the need to construct a water line from the Shepherdstown water main line to the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) Shepherdstown, WV. The work to be performed includes but not limited to: Construction of approximately 15,421 feet of water main extension and connection to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service National Conservation and Training Center (NCTC) water distribution system. Modifications to the existing water treatment plant on the NCTC facility. Reclaiming distrubed areas. It is expected the construction will begin during the fall of 2006 and that the line will be completd with 365 days after notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
