The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are classified under the following programs under FAR Part 19: 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB. The firm must be a General Construction Firm with an approved NAICS Code 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $31 mil and a bonding capacity of approximately $20 Million. The firm must have hospital experience with contracts as a prime in the $20 Million range. The project will renovate patient floors on 7th, 8th and 10th floors of existing bed tower with new traction elevators and new pedestrian bridge At this time, a solicitation does not exists, therefore, do not request a solicitation. Small Business Contractors and vendors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought.
