This project will address the reconstruction of the roads and parking areas servicing Building No. 200 and the Emergency Department/Ambulance Bay areas at the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish Project Number 632-15-116, Renovate Roads 4 in accordance with the statement of work, specifications and drawings attached hereto.
