Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to award to Yale Cordage, Inc, 77 Industrial Park Rd., Saco, ME, 04072-1804 for 7 each, 11m nsw 7/8� Yale Sling IAW Navsea Drawing 5110472, P/N 95156IECLMA004. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and in conjunction with ASSAULT CRAFT UNIT ONE, only one source is available for the Yale Parts. The parts for the sling is proprietary. The parts are commercial items. Commercial procedures as outlined in FAR 12 and 13.5 are applicable. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and will be advised as to how to submit their product(s) for future evaluation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
