This is a total small business set-aside. 

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Oceans Service (NOS), Research Vessel (R/V) R3203 Edgecumbe, has a requirement for yardwork services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All work must be performed at the contractor's facility, within 30 nautical miles of the NOAA Kasitsna Bay Laboratory. NOAA will deliver the vessel to the contractor on a trailer. The trailer will be left at the Contractor's facility until redelivery. NOAA will accept redelivery in the water at Homer harbor. The anticipated period of performance is March 1, 2017 through April 30, 2017. A pre-bid inspection may be scheduled upon request to the Contract Specialist at [email protected] before 11:00 AM ET on February 6, 2017.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 5:00 P.M. EST on March 6, 2017; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on past performance and price. Past Performance is more important than price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to [email protected].

The anticipated award date is on or about February 22, 2017.
