The seven bay fire station has sleeping accommodation for seven, a kitchen, dining and day room, fitness area, bathrooms, and apparatus bay support spaces. The administrative functions for the building include offices, conference / lounge spaces, training room and public restrooms. Located on the second floor are the mechanical, electrical, and IT rooms. The wood and CMU framed structure has support steel to assist in carrying loads and an ICC-500 storm shelter. Exterior materials are brick and fiber cementitious siding with composition shingles.
