This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to replace the existing roof #6 on building 1 on the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711.. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 365 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 28160 Roofing Contractors, and the small business size standard is $15.0 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation.
