Work consists of providing all labor, equipment,materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to renovate kitchens to meet ADAL requirements in Capehart Housing at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The project consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, rough carpentry, interior architectural woodworking, vinyl floor replacement, and painting. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 20 August 2002. The RFP will close on or about 17 September 2002. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipaged contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off Basis. The acquisition is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
