This is an amendment to the solicitation for the reclamation of the Amber Couch Landslide Ph II emergency project located in Leatherwood, Perry County, KY. Revised Technical Specifications and Bid Sheet are attached. Acknowledgement of receipt of this amendment is required as indicated in Block 19, 20a,b,and c. Bid opening is JANUARY 26, 2010 @ 3:00 PM. An original hard copy of the completed and signed IFB along with completed Section K Reps and Certs and AML Contractor Information Form and Bid Bond are due at the depository located at the OSM office, 1405 Greenup Avenue, Box 5, Ashland, KY 41101, on January 26, 1020 no later than 3:00 PM. Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
