White Sandy Campground Water System Improvements - Helena, MT area The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Western Montana District, intends to award a Purchase Order to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to include, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of one well pump, drop ippe, and associated appurtenances in an existing well (irrigation water well). Installation of one new well pump, drop pipe, and associated appurtenances in a recently constructed well (domestic water well). Installation of two new variable frerquency drive (VFD) control systems for the new well pumps. Installation of new buried waterlines from the wells to the pump room piping. Miscellaneous piping reconfigurations in the existing pump room. Miscellaneous electrical work. Mandatory period of performance is set as September 23 through October 22, 2013. Job location is White Sandy Campground, Lewis and Clark County, Montana. Stipulations for Performance Time & Site Closure: The Contractor shall accomplish the work in thirty (30) Calendar Days within the given the mandatory performance time of September 23 through October 22, 2013 Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000.00. Payment protection can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond, and is due within 10 days after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237310. The small business standard is $33.5 million. This procurement is being advertised as total Small Business set aside.
