Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, and coordination required to renovate the interior of Building 794, providing new class, storage and modifications to existing rooms. Construction shall be divided into two phases. Phase one construction shall include the demolition of interior partitions, doors, ceilings, mechanical and electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, fire sprinkler heads, cutting openings in CMU walls for extension; new gypsum board/metal stud partitions, doors, ceilings, mechanical and electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, and relocation of fire sprinkler heads as indicated on the drawings. Phase two construction shall include the demolition of interior partitions, doors, ceilings, mechanical and electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, fire sprinkler heads, cutting openings in CMU walls for new doors and corridors, and removal of exterior finishes as indicated on the demolition plans; new gypsum board/metal stud partitions, doors, ceilings, mechanical and electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, and extension of fire sprinkler system; new exterior wall and brick veneer, new windows, and storage canopy at the new addition.
