PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3,4 & 5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the EEC Campus Improvements project for Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Peninsula, OH. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary for roof replacement, door(s) replacement, window(s) replacement, siding repairs, painting and gutter replacement. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6421R0010 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1M. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by April/May 2021 with performance to begin in April/May 2021.
