Eglin AFB FL has the intention to have building 1310 electrical system upgraded. The NAICS code for this requirement is 235310. This acquisition is unrestricted. This is a Performance Price Trade Off acquisition. Award will be made based upon the Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price offeror. This project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to upgrade building 1310. In general the work will consist of electrical system renovations for existing Building 1310 1st floor only, unless option #1 is exercised Upgrade Electrical Building 1310 2nd floor. The work includes but not limited to providing new pole Hardware, 500KVA pad mounted transformer, new dry type transformer, new manual transfer switch, new panel boards, new power distribution system and new receptacle system. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment complete in accordance with the plans and specifications. No alternative bid items exist for this project. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. No response to this notice is necessary, and no Source List will be maintained.
