Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to provide electric power and lighting for the new office area; additional lighting for the new retail store area; and upgrade existing fire alarm system, USCG, ISC Kodiak, Kodiak, ALASKA. Materials, workmanship, and installation shall comply with the latest edition of all applicable codes and industry standards and these specifications. Some government material will be supplied.Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the complete installation of this project before quoting.
