The USDA intends to issue an IFB to reroof approx 5200 sq. ft. area with a mechnically fastened single-ply EP, or equivalent, membrane roof system with a 10-year material and labor warranty. The new roof will require the removal of the existing built-up roof mateirals down to the steel deck, application of the new insulation and membrane, and shall include all accessories, trim, flashing and other incidental items required to meet manufacturer and contract specs for a complete water-tight/leak-free installation.
