Description: The purpose of this project is to remove the existing HVAC systems in Officers' Quarters (HS-1) and replace them with high efficiency, properly sized systems at Fort Scott National Historic Site in Fort Scott, KS. Type of Procurement: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. GENERAL INFORMATION: IAW FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
