Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary for the inscription of veterans’ interment data on marble columbarium niche covers for the Dallas-Forth Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211, from the date of contract award through the first twelve-month period with up to three twelve-month options to extend the term of the contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. The Government will furnish blank marble niche covers to the contractor for the purpose of this contract. The contractor will be required to pick up blank marble niche covers and deliver inscribed marble niche covers, f.o.b. destination. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 561990. Size standard is $6 million. Requests for a hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted.
