The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking potential Small Business, with prefernce given to Service Disable Veteran Own Contractors to contract potential supplies/services. At a Firm Fix price install handicap accessible low energy automatic door openers for the exterior and interior doors to room 115B (include associated wiring, controls, and accessories). Both doors shall open at the same time upon activation of push plate. Iinstall handicap accessible low energy automatic door openers for the exterior and interior doors to room 136A (include associated wiring, controls, and accessories). Both doors shall open at the same time upon activation of push plate. Install wall and/or bollard mounted push plate switches to activate the openers on both sides of each door receiving an automatic opener. Door Openers recommended by manufacturers for existing door sizes, weights, and movement; for condition of exposure; and for long-term, maintenance-free operation under normal traffic load. Openers shall be fully adjustable without removing entrance doors and have an On/Off/hold-open switch. In the event of a power failure, doors shall open with a manual force not to exceed 15 lb to fully open door. Activation and Safety Devices Provide wall or bollard mounted Push-Button switch consisting of round or square, flat push plate. Plate shall have =?646?Q?international_symbol_of_accessibility_?= =?646?Q?and_=E2=80=9CPush_to_open=E2=80=9D_message._Bollard?= shall be set in concrete if used. Signage. Doors shall be equipped with sign(s) visible from either side, instructing users as to the operation and function of doors. The Contractor shall provide and install signage in accordance with ADAAG, Section 4.30 Signage. Other Materials. The contractor shall provide other materials, not specifically described but required for a complete and proper installation. The work is to be performed in Cherokee North Carolina on the Cherokee Indian reservation. Contractors must be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR). Contractors will be required to certify their small business representation. The response received from this posting will be used, by the Government, to send potemtial contractors, Invitation for Bids. This is not a notice for request for quotes, request for proposal, or invitation for bid issuance. This is not a solicitation for any type of requirement at all. This posting's purpose is only to uncover potential sources when the government has the requirement. The Government is in no way obligated to do business with or to enter into in any form of contract with any person, firm or other entity that receives this inquiry. The inquiry neither states nor implies that future contracts will be awarded to persons, firms, or other entities responding to this inquiry. However, there may be a possibility for future business if/when the Government has a need for computer software trainging.
