Materials, workmanship, and installation shall comply with the latest edition of all applicable codes and industry standards and these specifications. No government material will be supplied. Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the complete installation of this project before quoting. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None, except as noted in Statement of Work. Performance Period is 30 - 45 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: manufacturer's catalogs, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, etc., in addition to laboratory data, MSDS's, references / qualifications. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: American Softball Association rules book (latest edition); ICBO 2000 International Building Code; Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), ASTM, CFR, MIL SPEC, FED STD, and applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations.
