The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment as required for a complete and operational space as detailed in the plans and specifications that will be sent as part of the bid package. Work includes architectural, electrical and mechanical. The contractor will provide space alterations at the IRS office located at 210 Tower Park Drive, Waterloo, Iowa. The total square footage to be altered is 4800 square feet. Work is to be completed 30 days after receipt of the "Notice to Proceed". Estimated cost is $25,000 to $75,000. According to FAR 4.11 ALL contractors MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registration [CCR] at www.ccr.gov.
