This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F01600-03-T-0055 is issued as request for quotation. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 541320 and the size standard is $5M. Contractor shall furnish all labor, plant, material, and equipment to landscape five buildings on Maxwell AFB AL. Irrigation for these five buildings is also required. Remove and dispose of dead trees and large concrete pad. SCA Wage Determination 1994-2011 Rev 25 and Davis Bacon AL030019 applies to this requirement and can be accessed at web site www.ceals.usace.army.mil.
