Upgrade Park Security Systems at Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller (MABI) National Historical Park (NHP), Woodstock, Vermont. The project includes the following structures within MABI: (1) Mansion (museum); (2) Carriage Barn (Visitor Center and Staff Offices); (3) Belvedere (Bowling Alley and Gardener's Workshop); (4) Generator Garage; (5) Cottages (2); (6) Forrest Center and Woodshed; and (7) Bungalow and Horse Barn. Work includes, but is not limited to, the upgrade of existing fire and existing intrusion detection systems and alarms within the buildings listed. The dismantling, removal and replacement of finishes, replacement of existing systems and/or installation of new systems, and the monitoring equipment associated with these systems for localized monitoring will be installed as indicated within the Contract Documents.
