The awarded contractor will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and snow removal services at the Social Security Administration Building, 122 West Third Street, Greensburg, PA 15601-2906. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, quality control, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described in the Scope of Work. The contract duration will consist of a one-year base period, and four (4) one-year option periods, for a total of five (5) years. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238290 and the small business size standard is $12 million. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The estimated start date for services is April 1, 2008. The solicitation will be available on or about February 15, 2008. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted on February 26, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Social Security Administration Building in Greensburg, PA. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified Building Information (SBU). Before release of SBU information, for reasons of security, the requestor must complete and sign a ?Request for Sensitive But Unclassified Documents? (Form B) included in this notice. In addition, the following information must be submitted and or provided by the requestor via the spaces provided in the notice: 1) copy of business license; 2) company?s Dun and Bradstreet number (Obtain a DUNS number for free. Call Dun & Bradstreet at 1.800.333.0505); 3) valid tax identification number; and 4) a valid picture state driver?s license (for persons picking up SBU documents).
