This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has a requirement for the rehabilitation of multiple bridges/water control structures at Seney National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), Seney, MI (Schoolcraft County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA).
The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities on or about August 10, 2021 Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications.
A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation.
The NAICS code is 237310 ¿ Highway, Street and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 15 months.
Bonding Requirements: 20% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond
