The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) on behalf of the JBM-HH, Ft. Myer VA, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, DPW has a requirement to repair a restroom leakage in Bldg 214, Ft. Myer VA. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Gaghan Mechanical, Inc., 5649D General Washington Dr, Alexandria, VA 22312-2403. The FSC Code is Z299 and the NAICS Code is 238220.
