THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) on behalf of the JBM-HH, Ft. Myer VA, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, DPW has a requirement to remove and repair lift pump systems in Bldgs. 39 & 52, Ft. McNair DC. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Hallman & Hallman Enterprises, Inc., 5235 Westview Dr, Ste 100, Frederick, MD 21703-8397. The FSC Code is Z299 and the NAICS Code is 237110.
