The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to prepare the surfaces and airless spray paint all wood exterior surfaces at Administrative Building, Building N38, USCG Integrated Support Command, KODIAK, ALASKA. Work is to include power washing prior to painting building exterior, building trim, exterior doors and frames, soffits, canopies, gutters and downspouts. Total surface area is approximately 16,250 square feet. Contractor is responsible for verifying square footage before quoting.GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None Performance Period is 30 ? 45 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD include but are not limited to: manufacturer?s catalogs, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, etc., in addition to samples of paint color, laboratory data, MSDS?s, references / applicator?s qualifications. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: ASTM, CFR, MIL SPEC, FED STD, applicable OSHA regulations and Coast Guard Safety Regulations.
