Contractor shall provide complete construction services for Project No: 459-16-102 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT INCLUDES: Provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install new high voltage electrical conductor bus bars with heater system between the switch cabinets of incoming feeders 3 and 9. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
