Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for installation of a pressurized drainfield at Frazier Helibase. Work includes all trenching, laying of pipe and all appurtenances. Also includes pressure and leak testing. The intent of the contract is to provide for the complete construction of the project described in the contract, plans and specifications. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract. The Contractor is responsible for visiting the job site and determining all labor and additional supplies needed prior to submitting a quote. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as incidental to and included in the payment for items shown. Toilet facilities are located at Frazier Campground, located just to the north of the project site. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about August 30, 2006 and offers are due September 12, 2006.
