This sources sought notices is modified to delete the request for responses from Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) and to add a request for responses from Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). Upon further review, it has been determined that in accordance with FAR 19.1505 Set-Aside procedures for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns, the SBA has not designated NAICS 237990 as underrepresented or substantially underrepresented for EDWOSB but has designated NAICS 237990 as underrepresented or substantially underrepresented for WOSB. Therefore, this potential procurement is not eligible to be a EDWOSB set-aside but is eligible to be a WOSB set-aside. Sources are sought from 8(a) firms with a bona find place of business located in Small Business Administration (SBA) Region V geographical area serviced by Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin SBA District Offices. Sources are also sought from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), or small business concerns.
