Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to complete Rehab Electrical Distribution Capehart Housing, Phase V located at Malmstrom AFB, MT. In accordance with the Statement of Work. Funds are currently not available for this project. This requirement has been provided for in the HQ AFSPC financial plan for FY03. No obligations may be incurred without certification of availability of funds. The Government reserves the right to cancel this project, either before or after the proposal date. If funds are ready the request for Proposal will be available on or about 16 Aug 02. Request for Proposal will close on or about 16 Sep 02. Performance period is 240 calendar days after insuance of Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is open competition for both Large and Small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
