Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, parts, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations necessary in connection with Project XGFG052001, entitled Remodel Building 1212 at Truax Field ANGB, Madison, Wisconsin. The subsequent award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a completion time of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Work consists of; alter building 1212 by movement of walls, redesign HVAC, addition of required communications infrastructure, roof replacement, and structura l reinforcement with window removal to meet UFC 4-010-01 requirements. All work to be done IAW applicable specifications and drawings. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-a side.
