Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations including the demolition and removal of existing interior structures and miscellaneous equipment, and furnish the labor and materials and perform the work for project 538-06-116, entitled "Renovate 210AB for PRRTP" at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by the drawings and specifications. New work will include the construction of interior partitions, ceiling systems, interior finishes, HVAC equipment and associated ductwork, electrical including nurse call system modifications and plumbing including the modification of fire sprinkler system. Work to be completed within 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on Fedbizopps website o/a 8/21/06.
