Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to renovate the Craft Shop, Facility A709, North end, USCG, ISC Kodiak, Kodiak, ALASKA. The work shall consist of constructing up to three 'crafts areas' within a 1,863SF warehouse space. Project will be done in three phases. Only First phase is funded at this time. The First phase is a crafts area to be located in a 292SF room that will support a small engraving machine; Second area is 144SF reception area; Third area is 200SF interior wall and installation of double doors to create a separate room in the South corner of the warehouse space. Optional items (Second and Third items) are subject to availability of funds. Work generally involves finish carpentry work with some welding and electrical installation required. Work is similar to that required for typical residential construction with an emphasis on kitchen cabinetry.Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the complete installation of this project before quoting.
