This project is required to renovate Dorm kitchens & Bathrooms, Bldg 948, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Scope of work includes but not limited to: Replacement of Plumbing & ducting for kitchen & Bathroom (Mechanical Work), Replacement (or installation ) of lighting fixture, wiring device, fire device & associated wiring (Electrical Work), and Renovation of kitchen & bathroom (Architectural Work). Site Orientation is scheduled for 28 Jul 06 at 1330 hours. All participants will meet at the entrance Bldg 620, Contracting Squadron. Contact the POC with number of participants attending the site orientation by 27 Jul 06. On 28 Jul 06, all contractors who require escorts meet at Supply Gate (Gate #5) at 1300 to receive passes. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
