Project Description: The Work includes making necessary repairs to the farm house structure for full utilization as a visitor contact station and serve as office space for Ice Age Trail Staff. The work entails HVAC system replacement/installation, potable water system installation, roof replacement, repairing and repointing leaking stone chimneys(3), removing & replacing sunken floor slab with a structural slab, architectural & electrical modifications to provide functional requirements of a Visitor Contact Station & offices, improve surface grades around the structure to insure appropriate surface drainage away from the structure, and accessibility at entrances.
