This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Mission & Installation Contracting Command for Fort MYER has a requirement for RENOVATION OF BLDG 219. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to TEAM HENRY ENTERPRISES, 817 48TH ST, NEWPORT NEWS VA 23607-2205. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
