Request for Quotations P14PS01614 is for painting all previously-painted exterior surfaces of the modern hangar at Pearson Air Museum, including the structural steel supports for the hangar doors and the west elevation of the historic hangar in accordance with the attached documents. All work will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Target completion date is early October, 2014. Amendment 1 provides additional information based on the site visit (Attachment 4) and a revised wage determination (Attachment 2a).
