The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado, is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of repairing approximately fifteen (15) miles of boundary fences along state highway using three (3) strand barbed and one strand of smooth wire. Boundary fences shall be built in accordance with the Colorado Department of Transpiration Standards and the contract plans and specifications. All work will be performed at the Arapahoe National Wildlife Refuge which is located in Jackson County, Colorado. The estimated magnitude for construction is less than $100,000. The total performance period is 120 calendar days. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 238990 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13M. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on/or about May 25, 2006, with an anticipated closing date on/or about June 27, 2006.
