This acquisition is a competitive set aside for certified 8(a) small business concerns in the Small Business Administration's Region VIII, which includes Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 234990, with a size standard of $17M. This project involves security fence relocation and repair and contours restoration at Missile Launch Facilities (LFs) and Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) under the control of F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The Base Civil Engineer will identify construction requirements, and the installation Contracting Officer will issue individual delivery orders to the contractor to complete those projects. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to design, manage and accomplish the project. The performance period for the resultant construction requirements contract as a result of this solicitation will be 12 months for the basic year with two 12-month option period.
