The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to repair the parking lot at Building 1439 on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The general scope of this project includes but is not limited to site preparation, adjustment of storm drain inlets, asphalt cold milling, subgrade compaction, installation of base course gravel, installation of concrete curb & gutter, installation of landscape block retaining wall and berm, asphalt surfacing, improving exterior lighting, and miscellaneous surface restoration. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 28 July 03. Request For Proposal will close on or about 28 August 03. Performance period is 75 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Notice To Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award.
