Work consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and or specifications, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required to repair surface drainage east of Minuteman Village, Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT. The performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Winter exclusion shall be from 1 Nov 04 to 1 Apr 05. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-off basis. This acquisition is open for large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 30 July 2004, and will be available ONLY on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Request For Proposal will close on or about 30 August 2004.
