The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NAVFAC-SE) PWD FEAD Pensacola is seeking information from Industry regarding availability, interest, and qualifications of certified HUBZONE small business concerns to perform construction work for replacement of the existing 12 kV "Corry West" substation and incidental work at NAS Pensacola, FL. NAICS Code will be 238210 and bonding capacity will be up to one million. In addition to performing the work, the contractor will be required to obtain easement rights from the insurance company. The Government will use responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT announcement to make appropriate future acquisition decisions. Respondents shall provide an e-mail response that includes their company profile from the CCR database. In addition, provide the documentation that supports your company's history of safe work practices. Specifically, submit your EMR, OSHA Form 300A, OSHA Incidence Rate, and OSHA DART Rate for 2008, 2009, and 2010.
