General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting bids for construction firms having the capability to perform the work described as follows: Replacement of old Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Solicitation Number 140P6221B0004.

The bidder selected shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this project.

Description: Replacement of the old controls system with a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to control the thermal and cool water supplies throughout Hot Springs National Park. This will include the replacement of outdated electrical components, meters, valves, fiber optic cables, radio communication equipment, and all appurtenances necessary to create a new fully functional SCADA system for the Park.

Type of Acquisition: The National Park Service (NPS), Midwest Region (MWR), Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) that would result in a firm fixed price contract.

The NAICS code for this project is 238210 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the estimated price range for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

This solicitation is advertised as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside.

This solicitation will be issued electronically, on www.sam.gov on or about 30 July 2021. Search by referencing the solicitation number (140P6221B0004) and/or by the agency (National Park Service).
