Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation, to replace two existing stairs, walkway, and regrout two existing patio areas at Building 308. all work is to be completed within 60 calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable NAICS Code is 235710. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 36. 204 the magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the samll Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, and incorporating provisions and clauses efgect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02 and will be distributed throught the Federal Business Opportunities web site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation, ammendments, will also be distributed throught htis site. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about June 17, 2002. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they hae the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
