Project consists of the replacement or rehabilitation of four vehicle bridges on the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge, Necedah, Wisconsin. Work includes removing two existing bridges and constructing two replacement bridges including grading the approaches, and the rehabilitation of two bridges to include removing and replacing the existing timber deck, abutment wingswalls, railing, placing riprap, and grading the approaches. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns.
