The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to demolish existing wood flooring at the Weight Room, Bldg. 2, and install a new reinforced concrete floor with rubber tile surfacing. Work includes backfilling, compaction, installation of a reinforced concrete slab on grade, and installation of rubber floor tiles according to statement of work, specifications, and drawings.
