Sources Sought Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Medical Center, Saginaw is seeking information in response to this Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. The Government is under no obligation to issue solicitation documents regarding this project. Seeking responses from qualified small businesses registered as Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Section 8a, Small Disadvantaged, Women Owned, or HUBZone capable of providing the required construction services outlined below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work is 238350 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million annual average receipts over the past 3 years. Responses are to include brief summaries (date of project, location, owner's name, contract value, description of work) of at least three examples of work performed within the past three calendar years equivalent to that outlined below in the scope of work section that was predominantly accomplished directly with your own work force (not subcontracted out). This notice is not intended to seek responses from general contractors who do not possess the required experience and technical expertise within their own company. This project has specific experience and qualification requirements that will be included in any subsequent advertisement for offers.

Description of the Scope of Work:
Replace Windows B1 and 9
VA Project No.: 655-13-101
A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other necessary resources for Project 655-13-101 for replacement of Windows B1 and B9, including selective demolition (including lead-based paint removal), work located at Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan as required by drawings and specifications. Contractor is responsible to perform a site survey and investigation to satisfy itself as to the extent of the work. Contractor shall install new windows and associated work as required to provide a complete window renovation. Performance time is 150 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Magnitude of Construction is Between: $1,000,000 and $2,000,000
