Description: Work consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and or specifications, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required to replace/upsize water lines in the Capehart Housing area to support the fire protection system. The performance period is 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Winter exclusion shall be from 1 Dec 04 to 1 Apr 05.
